Yes, grooming is safe when performed by a trained professional. Make sure to choose a reputable groomer who follows safety protocols.
Can I stay with my dog during grooming?
We can allow owners to stay, but would prefer that owners leave to keep dogs calm and focused. You are always welcome to inspect our facilities beforehand or we can send you pictures. We have cameras monitoring 24/7.
How long will each walk be?
Walk duration typically ranges from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the dog’s needs and the service provided.
Will the walker be trained in handling dogs?
Yes, our dog walkers have experience and training in dog behaviour and safety.
Can you accommodate dogs with special needs or behavioral issues?
Yes we are equipped to handle dogs with special needs. It’s best to discuss your dog’s specific needs beforehand.

Both!
This varies by service; we can offer group walks for socialisation, while others provide solo walks for more focused attention.
Do you offer pickup and drop-off services?
Yes, we offer scheduled pickup and drop-off (twice a day for grooming or walking services. It’s advisable to schedule this in advance.
What areas do you service for pickup and drop-off?
Queenstown, Frankton, Lakelands, Wilsons Bay, Arthurs Point, Jacks Point, Arrowtown and other locations (special conditions apply)
Is there an extra fee for pickup and drop-off?
Yes, the fees start from $25 pick up/drop off regardless if it is only for one way.
How do you ensure the safety of my dog during transport?
We use secured crates or seatbelts for dogs in vehicles and follow safety guidelines to ensure your pet is transported safely.
